BEADCLAN wurde 2010 gegründet und hat sich 2015 erstmals als komplette Formation mit Betty Coat zusammengetan. Das Resultat befindet sich stilistisch wohl irgendwo zwischen Blues-Rock, Country, Jazz, und Rockabilly. Markenzeichen sind die eingängigen Grooves voller rhythmischer Spannung und ein Sound, der so ganz schön cool vor sich hinschwebt.

Betty Coat & Beadclan setzt sich aus 6 erfahrenen Musikern mit breiter stilistischer Erfahrung zusammen, welche die feine Eleganz und den präzisen Minimalismus ihrer Musik immer mit viel Herzblut und Publikumsnähe auf die Bühne bringen.

After a long hiatus, Bead Clan is back in Basel on April 4. We’ve got a bunch of new songs in our repertoire since we last played here. And, we’re better now than we were back then. Join us for a wonderful night of laid back music – with some really rocking numbers as well.

The man who inspired so many and Bead Clan in particular is no more with us on this planet – but he continues to live on with the music and Bead Clan will try and keep his music alive! Farewell JJ and thank you.
